Fears, help, thanks

So what's behind this heading? No matter which OP, no matter when you get a diagnosis with the reference to "rarely", a lot of questions arise. Some questions have already been answered. But what is the best way to deal with fear?

First of all:

Lunate malacia is not that bad. As a rule, you can't die of it, there are worse things. Please always keep this in mind. You are always nervous and restless inside, no matter how many surgeries you have undergone, and if it is your first surgery one way or another. Talk about it, distract yourselves, let yourself be distracted. Everyone is different one who babbles is happy and doesn't worry. Others prefer to stay calm and not talk about the upcoming surgery - Dear fellow affected companions, friends and relatives: please accept this, otherwise you will drive this person unnecessarily crazy and you may be much more restless than the person affected ... Take a look to the left, there are also numbers if you don't have a contact person at the moment. (Please only call the emergency if you have a serious problem ;-)) And maybe just think back after an operation (small example):
